  1. Dashboard — today's orders, sync lag, stuck items; the page everyone opens first
  2. Orders — every order with all seven stages on one line
  3. Inventory — counts by location, live; a drift over 2% turns the row amber
  4. Pick and pack — the scanner app's desk view; who has which order
  5. Returns — the customer's photo next to the original order
  6. Wholesale — price lists per account, case quantities, net-30 terms
  7. Vendors — purchase orders and expected dates; late ones float up
  8. Reports — cost per order, returns rate, the weekly digest source

Basecamp is one system with eight rooms. Most people live in two of them. A picker sees Pick and pack and nothing else; Dana sees Wholesale and Vendors; Priya sees all eight and mostly watches the Dashboard.

The tour is in the order a new hire meets the work: what came in, where it is, who is moving it, what went wrong, and then the money. Thirty-one screens sounds like a lot; nine of them are the scanner app on a phone.
